Tanzania Media Fund promotes independence and quality in media, with a focus on public interest and investigative journalism.
The organisation offers a competitive grant-making facility for individuals and institutions involved in media production and a tailor-made learning facility for grantees.
As part of their learning facility we have joined forces to offer a mobile reporting training workshop to five of their best grantees.
We kick off the training project with a workshop in Dar es Salaam in March 2010.
